3 Tried-and-True Ways to Share Customer Reviews & Grow Your Business

Before we dive into our 3 specific customer review sharing tips, we want to encourage you to have a review system set up in place that motivates customers or clients to leave their thoughts about your business or their experience. Do you have an easy way for customers to leave a review on your website? What about your Google My Business or Facebook page? Each of those locations (along with many others) are prime locations for your customers to take a quick minute to share their thoughts or experience. Make sure you have those set up if you don’t already!

1. Share your best reviews on social media

Thank goodness for social media and how convenient it is to throw up a post! Using your social media feed to highlight happy customers is an excellent way to grow your business. New followers will see that review and could take the leap to purchase or sign up. Not to mention, current followers or customers will see that review as well and if they relate to it, they will likely feel more confident in their decision.

Simply copy and paste the exact verbiage of the review into your preferred design tool. Design the review around your brand so people know this review is talking about you. Don’t forget to leave the name of the person who left the review (with permission) and include a captivating caption with a call-to-action that encourages engagement and sharing.
