A Quick Story
We didn’t always think we could create the business we have now. In fact, we were insecure with our feelings about whether or not we could have success with working with female business owners and helping them elevate their businesses. Why would other women trust us?
We worried we might not be as good as our competition or that our skills would be passed over. There were days we didn’t love the grind of finding new clients or working on projects and it showed in our work…
It wasn’t until we really fell in love with the process of building a business that we knew we wanted to share that love with other businesswomen. We learned from mentors, other business owners, and even our friends and family that we had to find what we loved and run with that or else we would feel weighed down by our business in the end.
We have gone through phases of business growth and development that have challenged us and humbled us. But ultimately, we feel we have seen success when our mind and heart are in the right place with our business goals and effort.
We decided to put together a little quiz to help us personally (and hopefully you too!) understand where our hearts are in regards to our business. We can then use the answers as our compass to where we take our business in the future.

This quiz is meant to make you pause, think, and really evaluate your feelings on certain parts of your business. Make sure to actually write down your answers and spend time thinking of what you truly feel.
Once you have answered all of the questions, read back your answers and write out what you plan to do with the new found information you have. Your answers should inspire change, both up or down, to help your heart align with your goals for growing and developing your business.

What do you love MOST about the business you run / started? Hands down, seeing the success of our clients after a rebrand or new brand development strategy is what we love the very most. Because we spend so much time researching and developing a brand strategy, then designing and building it, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the hard work of our clients and our brand strategy blended together unfold. When our clients then have more confidence in raising their prices and reaching a higher-paying target market, we are over the moon for them!
What do your customers love MOST about your business? We have heard from our clients that they love our advanced design skills that can turn a plain or unorganized website into a luxurious, well-branded marketing masterpiece. We are so grateful for the many who entrust us with elevating their brand into something jaw-droppingly beautiful, creative, and show-stopping!
What relationship in your business is most important to you? If we’re being honest, the relationship we have between one another as co-owners is the most important. Yes, we are sisters, but we are also best friends. Not everyone can go into business with their sister or best friend… but we chose to do it because of how close we are and how passionate we are about helping other women! We try to stay true to each other above everything else. We work hard to communicate, give helpful feedback, and always support one another in our personal and professional lives.
How does your business’s success make you feel at the end of the night? At the end of the night, we are truly in awe of the opportunity we have been given to impact so many other women. We often comment to each other, “How awesome is this that we get to help other women in their businesses to feel empowered, more confident, and slay in their respective fields?!” Our success is certainly not measured by the dollars earned or the followers we have. It’s 100% felt in the success we see of our clients going out and doing their thang with the tools and resources we’ve helped give them.
What about your business are you most vulnerable about? We love this question because it’s meant to make people pause and recognize where their heart might twinge a bit when it comes to their business. For us, we have a soft and squishy part of our “business heart” in regards to the constant change in the world of digital marketing. While our experience and skills give us the confidence to execute on any project, we know that things change regularly in the digital world and it’s a full-time job to keep up! We dedicate countless hours a month to educating ourselves and staying up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and data. We often wonder, “Is what we’re learning enough to provide our clients with the best results possible?”
